RSS2 – GM RESOLVING TIME SET
The RSS2 source set plays a crucial role in assessing the resolving time of a Geiger-Müller (GM) counter, a vital parameter that measures how rapidly the counter can react to and discern individual radiation events. The resolving time essentially represents the duration required for the GM counter to identify and process a radiation event. AVAILABLE CONFIGURATIONS RSS2: Contains 2 half-disks with 5 µCi of Tl-204 in each (10 µCi total).RSS2-EU: Contains 2 half-disks with 0.25 µCi of Tl-204 in each (0.5 µCi total).
RSS3 – ALPHA/BETA/GAMMA SET
The RSS3 is specifically designed to observe and compare the behavior of alpha, beta, and gamma radiation, and their interactions with matter. The RSS3 contains three disk sources: 1 alpha emitter (Po-210), 1 beta emitter (Sr-90), and 1 gamma emitter (Co-60).AVAILABLE CONFIGURATIONS The RSS3 source set is available in two different configurations:RSS3: Po-210 (0.1 µCi), Sr-90 (0.1 µCi), and Co-60 (1 µCi).RSS3-UN: Po-210 (0.1 µCi), Sr-90 (0.1 µCi), and Co-60 (0.5 µCi)
RSS5 – ALPHA/BETA/GAMMA SET
The RSS5 is specifically designed to observe and compare the behavior of alpha, beta, and gamma radiation, and their interactions with matter. The RSS5 contains three disk sources: 1 alpha emitter (Po-210), 2 beta emitters (Sr-90 & Tl-204), and 2 gamma emitters (Co-60 & Cs-137).AVAILABLE CONFIGURATIONS The RSS5 source set is available in two different configurations:RSS5: Po-210 (0.1 µCi), Sr-90 (0.1 µCi), Tl-204 (1 µCi), Co-60 (1 µCi), and Cs-137 (5 µCi)RSS5-EU: Po-210 (0.1 µCi), Sr-90 (0.1 µCi), Tl-204 (0.25 µCi), Co-60 (1 µCi), and Cs-137 (0.25 µCi)

RSS8 – GAMMA SET
The RSS8 is specifically designed to provide multiple gamma peaks in a wide energy range for gamma spectroscopy. The RSS8 contains eight disk sources that offer a range of gamma energies from 32 keV to 1333 keV.AVAILABLE CONFIGURATIONS The RSS8 source set is available in three different configurations:RSS8: Ba-133 (1 μCi), Cd-109 (1 μCi), Co-57 (1 μCi), Co-60 (1 μCi), Cs-137 (1 μCi), Eu-152 (0.5 μCi), Na-22 (1 μCi), Mixed ‘Unknown’ (Cs-137, 0.5 μCi & Zn-65, 1 μCi)RSS8-EU: Ba-133 (1 μCi), Cd-109 (1 μCi), Co-57 (1 μCi), Co-60 (1 μCi), Cs-137 (0.25 μCi), Eu-152 (0.5 μCi), Na-22 (1 μCi), and Zn-65 (1 μCi)RSS8-UN: Ba-133 (1 μCi), Cd-109 (1 μCi), Co-57 (1 μCi), Co-60 (1 μCi), Cs-137 (0.1 μCi), Eu-152 (0.5 μCi), Na-22 (1 μCi), and Zn-65 (1 μCi)
